In January 1999, the Archdiocesan Building Commission (ABC) approved the Master Plan for the new campus. In brief, the master plan segments the site into discrete components that can be designed, budgeted and managed separately.

The academic focal point of the Master Plan is Campus South where the classrooms, library, science labs and administration buildings will be located.
Adjoining is Campus North, the site for the gymnasium and faculty parking.
Surrounding these are three athletic fields: the football, the baseball and the softball fields. The athletic fields are specified as practice fields on the initial Master Plan. The development of these areas will be contingent on future funding.
The West Entrance is dedicated to student parking and drop-off.
The Eastern portion of the campus is reserved for Religious Housing and storage.

The athletic fields are specified as practice fields on the Phase I Master Plan. The full development of the athletic fields will be contingent on future funding in Phase II.
